We are excited to introduce the Practitioners Evaluation Training Programme, designed to provide participants with a solid understanding of legal requirements. This training offers participants the hands-on experience and practical knowledge needed to complete evaluation tasks, including drafting Terms of Reference, conducting evaluations, collaborating with evaluators, engaging with their Monitoring Committee, and effectively using and communicating evaluation findings.
Programme Highlights:
This certified training contens multiple components, beginning with an introductory online meeting, followed by various self-paced learning topics, including:
· Choosing the right evaluation: Understand when to conduct operational or impact evaluations, and familiarise yourself with their key characteristics.
· Implementation/operational evaluation: Learn the fundamentals, and the optimal timing, techniques and approaches for conducting an implementation or operational evaluation.
· Impact evaluation: Explore the essentials, optimal timing, techniques and approaches for conducting an impact evaluation.
· Terms of Reference (ToR): Delve into the factsheet on "Terms of Reference" to understand key considerations, insights from previous experiences, and the essential components to include in a ToR.
· Utilising evaluation findings: Explore the factsheet on “What to do with the evaluation findings?” to learn how to effectively use evaluation results.
Final Event:
The certified training concludes with a final event, which can be attended either in person in Vienna, or online. This meeting provides an opportunity for participants to wrap up their comprehensive learning experience, work on an assignment, and present their findings.
